news 1.0 Executive Summary Business Development Plan Highlights 1.1 desktop-radio.com Ddesktop-radio.com & .net were established and hosted on May 23, 2000 for the purposes of providing a portal network for radio, music, artist promotion, news, and related content; in conjunction with a viewer/listener friendly opportunity to access advertising and purchasing resources related to their interests and needs. Desktop-Radio.com (.net) is also an advertising medium and tandem development with Radio-Broadcasts, International-Radio.net, Independent-Artists, Order-Supplies.net, and Order-Parts; all working in synergy to return radio listeners to the radio stations and to the advertising and web sites of the companies who rely upon radio traffic ads and now also their own e-commerce web sites. Desktop-Radio also gives radio stations the ability to have an easy recall access and the profound advantage of linkage to all viewers on the world wide web, increasing the value of the advertising they sell. Desktop-Radio has eleven different participation program levels to meet every radio station's budget.and need. Desktop-Radio also provides companies with advertising opportunities by sponsoring programming or to have a stable/fixed banner ad on a page which reaches their target market. Desktop-Radio and order-supplies.net give radio stations and their advertisers the ability to drive specific demographic interests to their own existing e-commerce web sites. As an example: Company A advertises on radio to reach their target demographic. Company A's ad advises listener to visit their store & web site wwwcompanya.com. However, by doing so, Radio Station B drives traffic away from their site and their broadcast range is significantly limited compared to the ability to dual broadcast their programming on the web. Even those radio stations who do broadcast stream their programming on the web are extremely limited to audiences in that a web visitor must know their specific URL address and companies like Yahoo (broadcast.com) bury radio with other content, which absorbs most of the server capacity and bandwidth, which interrupts consistent signal streaming. With Desktop-Radio a radio station can direct traffic to the site and then to their advertisers site through order-supplies.net and then back again to the station's own e-commerce site and do all of this to a much broader marketing pool. Thus the advertisers enjoy a larger market penetration and the radio station increases its broadcast range without modification of their FCC license. Desktop-Radio is a source for news, music, advertising information, advertising opportunities, direct sales, and general information for the world wide on-line community. Our features/functions include: a per genre radio station guide, a per genre artist guide, featured radio stations, featured artists, recording artists promotion, full artist product descriptions, advertising/linkage banners, radio advertising production & placement, CD sales, news, local music scene features, events calendar, site searches, product searches, news & publications searches, web searches, message boards, chatrooms, multiple feedback forms, and direct contact with the principals in the company. 1.2 Satellite Sites and Subordinate Businesses 1.2.1 Radio Related Domain URL desktop-radio.net, radio-broadcasts.com and international-radio.net are the primary satellite sites established and hosted on May 1, 2001 to help re-direct traffic to Desktop-Radio. Each site has its own identity and will continue to develop individually, while providing direct links and traffic to our flagship domain URL. 1.2.2 Artist Related Domain URL independent-artists.com (.net) were initiated on May 1, 2001 to add the artist, songwriter and musician elements to our endeavors. By working with artists we intend to produce and promote further, we can use this site and all of our resources in Nashville to build a comprehensive cluster of sites and businesses around the Desktop-Radio hub. This also gives Desktop-Radio an advantage to test market new artists/bands and to scientifically gather the necessary demographic data to provide our marketing department the information they need to help the on-line growth for stations, in addition to our own growth and expansion. 1.2.3 On-line Ordering Related Domain URL order-supplies.net was established in March, 2000 for the purposes of providing customers to reliable companies, who provide customer service and support in their B2B and B2C e-commerce efforts. order-supplies.net is a synergy advertising cooperative, with a customer service and consumer protection foundation. order-parts.com (.net) were acquired on May 1, 2001 and they are currently under development. 1.3 Griffin Group 2.0 Company Summary, History and Mission Statement Desktop-Radio 4.0 Market Analysis Summary Desktop-Radio 6.0 New Markets, Products and Ventures Desktop-Radio Desktop-Radio -

information, contact griffin@desktop-radio.com The partners and management team at desktop-radio foresaw that dot-coms were short sighted in their marketing and business development models. A communications gap often existed between the "whiz kids" and the brick & mortar trained managers, who were trying adapt their concepts to a new e-conomy, certainly per warehousing, shipping, supply chains, customer service models, valuations & marketing methods. Even the industry terminology remains in flux, as the episteme of words such as "e-conomy", "click & mortar" and "click & brick" give evidence of the need to set a standard for communications to bridge the often wide gaps between the "techies" and the "suits". This widens the gap between company and customers, creating an enigma for marketing managers who were trying to identify the opportunities created and potentials of the new technologies themselves. Desktop-Radio waited to launch, until the culling period initiated that establishes the precipice between the two phases of web and e-commerce development, to be the prime opportunity for us to enter & enjoy the new e-conomy and how marketing, merchants and consumers might come together where integration & adoption of the new tools facilitating communications and commerce through the gateway of the desktop radio is achieved. In consideration of all of the facts identified, as framed in the summary of the two phases of e-commerce development, this is the stage at which desktop-radio might enter into the network to enjoy full use of all of its assets, from the profound advantages of the name to the many categories of proprietary methodologies. GGE has access to a database of over 8,800 top level domain name resources which can be grouped, developed and managed in multiple combinations, using the proprietary methodologies developed by the principles in the company. GGE offers more specialized services than are employed by its competitors, with several unlike anything available anywhere else. These methodologies and services may prove to be the next generation of best practices necessary for the very competitive B2B and B2C e-commerce channel environment. 2000 already promises to be another year of huge development and revenues involving the internet and web. There will be many joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions involving e-commerce companies in the coming year. A prime example of this is the announced acquisition of Time-Warner by America On Line. This acquisition of a content provider gives AOL not only products to broadcast over the internet/web, but also the new capacity for faster connection speeds, more volume and more stability of connections. The announcement of this acquisition has already spawned much interest in brick & mortar operations joining with internet/web based companies. On the other side of the coin, it also compels internet/web companies to expand their affiliations, strategic alliances and other relationships with traditional brick and mortar operations. As these mergers continue throughout the year, they will all have needs for advertising, expanded traffic volumes and generic top level domain names to help drive the traffic to e-commerce sites. This puts desktop-radio and GGE in a very unique and advantageous position. desktop-radio and GGE need and intend to
continue the course of marketing their developed affiliations, products, services and the
combination of these. GGE will be identifying strategic alliances, clients and investors
for its services, including their desktop-radio portal network. GGE will continue to focus
their efforts on establishing multiple portal networks and identifying and marketing the
unique products to companies who wish to participate in a particular portal network, top
level domain, or who may wish to form a relationship with the entire company, for full
benefit of all of desktop-radios and GGE's assets. For sample agreements and more information: griffin@desktop-radio.com
